About this park

Old Comiskey was big and fair on the South Side — a pitcher-friendly expanse where fly balls had to earn the seats. For decades White Sox clubs manufactured runs instead of waiting on short porches. The pinwheels and exploding scoreboard came later in memory; the geometry underneath was always room to breathe.
