HAL TROSKY·1936

In 1936 Hal Trosky hit 42 home runs and drove in 162 for Cleveland while batting .343 with a .382 on-base percentage and a .644 slug in 151 games. Two hundred sixteen hits, forty-five doubles, one hundred twenty-four runs. First base with corner-outfield thunder. The lore panels still have to hold 42, 162, and .343. The box score does the talking. That is the whole summer in one line.
